Hello, my name is Mr. Kalmon. I grew up in the woods of Wisconsin near a small village called Perkinstown in Taylor County. I attended high school in Gilman. After high school I joined the United States Army and jumped out of perfectly good airplanes. After my military service, I attended U.W. River Falls where I earned a degree in Education with a major in English and a minor in Speech Communications. I am certified 6-12 in both areas. The next six years were spent teaching in rural Alaska, three of those years above the Arctic Circle in Kotzebue. Teaching in a village that is off the road system was a great experience. I also taught in Fairbanks and in Valdez. Wisconsin called me home; I landed in Bruce, and there is no other place I would rather be.
